Mark P. Mays, age 44, was Clear Channel's President and Chief Operating Officer from February 1997 until his appointment as our President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2004. He relinquished his duties as President in February 2006. Mr. Mark Mays has served as a director since May 1998. From 2001 to February 2006, Mr. Lewis was an advisory director of CRT Capital Group LLC, an institutional securities research and brokerage firm, and was a founder and, from 1980 to 2001, partner Morgan, Lewis, Githens & Ahn, an investment banking and leveraged buyout firm.
