Brackett B. Denniston is GE's Senior Vice President, General Counsel. He is responsible for the worldwide GE legal organization and for all GE legal operations, reporting directly to Mr. Immelt. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council, the GE Capital Corporation Board of Directors and is chair of the Company's Policy Compliance Review Board. Mr. Denniston joined GE as Vice President, Senior Counsel For Litigation and Legal Policy in September 1996. Prior to joining GE, he was Chief Legal Counsel to Governor William F. Lloyd G. Trotter is Vice Chairman of GE and President & CEO of GE Industrial. This $35 billion business segment includes Plastics, Advanced Materials, Consumer & Industrial, Inspection Technologies, Security, Sensing, GE Fanuc Automation and Equipment Services. Prior to this, Trotter was Executive Vice President, Operations, where he was responsible for leading efforts to lower structural cost and improve operational excellence across GE's businesses. Bill Conaty is a native of Binghamton, New York, and graduated from Bryant College in Providence, Rhode Island, with a B.S. degree in business administration in 1967. Jeff Zucker was named President of the NBC Universal Television Group in May 2004. Zucker is responsible for all programming across the company's extensive television properties, with the exception of NBC Sports and Olympics. His responsibilities include the company's entertainment, news and cable properties, as well as the company's television studio, first-run syndication and global distribution efforts. David Nissen is the President and CEO of GE Consumer Finance, a leading provider of credit services to retailers, auto dealers, and consumers in more than 35 countries around the world. With assets of over $95 billion, GE Consumer Finance offers private label credit cards and sales finance to the world's leading retailers and manufacturers, plus corporate cards for commercial customers, personal loans, automobile financing, and diversified financial products directly to consumers. Nissen joined GE Capital in 1981 in strategic planning and business development. In 1983, he joined Card Services where he held a variety of marketing and product leadership positions. James P. Campbell is President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Consumer & Industrial, a $14 billion global business that employs 60,000 people around the world in more than 100 locations. Consumer & Industrial spans the globe as an industry leader in major appliance and lighting products, and in integrated electrical distribution equipment and systems. Before assuming his current position in November 2005, Campbell was President and CEO, GE Consumer & Industrial-Americas. In that role, he directed the manufacture, marketing and sale of appliances, lighting and industrial products across North and South America. He assumed the leadership of this $9 billion division following the merger of GE Consumer Products and GE Industrial Systems in January 2004. Campbell joined GE in 1981 as a Sales/Marketing trainee in GE Appliances' Northeast Region. He quickly moved into management roles as an area sales leader, merchandising manager and regional sales manager. Following his field experience, Campbell moved in 1992 to GE Appliances' Louisville headquarters to become Manager, Microwave Cooking Products and Product Manager, Built-In Cooking Products. He subsequently moved into roles of increasing responsibility leading marketing, sales and product management organizations before being appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a GE Company Officer in 1999. In 2001 he was named President and CEO of GE Appliances. Campbell assumed the role of President and CEO of GE Consumer Products in September 2002 when GE merged its appliances and lighting businesses. Campbell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. John's University and an MBA in Marketing Management from Hofstra University. He is on the boards of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) and the Frazier International History Museum and is an active member of the Louisville GE Volunteers chapter. Joe Hogan is Senior Vice President of GE Healthcare, a $14 billion segment of General Electric Company. GE Healthcare is the global leader in medical diagnostic technology and biosciences. Joe began his career at GE in 1985, advancing through a series of leadership roles in sales, marketing and product development at GE Plastics. In March 1998, Joe was named President and CEO of GE Fanuc Automation North America, Inc., a global supplier of industrial controls systems headquartered in Charlottesville, VA, and a joint venture between GE and FANUC, Ltd. Japan. Joe was named President and CEO of GE Healthcare Technologies (formerly GE Medical Systems) in November 2000. Joe earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Geneva College and an MBA from Robert Morris University. He sits on the Boards of the New York Academy of Medicine, the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation and the Advisory Board of the CDC (Center for Disease Control). Mr. Ielusic was appointed Vice President Technical Center of Excellence Controller on March 7, 2008. Mr. Ielusic has been with GE for the last ten years. Since June 2007, he has served as Senior Deputy Comptroller of GE and prior to that, he was Controller of the Commercial Finance business of GE. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Ielusic was a senior manager in the national office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Walter F. Ielusic, 46, will serve as Acting Chief Accounting Officer upon Mr. Ameen's retirement as Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 15, 2008 and until Ms. Miller assumes her position. On April 30, 2008, Walter F. Ielusic resigned as General Electric Company's Acting Chief Accounting Officer and Jamie S. Miller assumed the position of Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Ielusic will continue in his current capacity as Vice President Technical Center of Excellence Controller.

Mr. Mulva received a BBA degree and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas. After serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy, he joined Phillips Petroleum Company in 1973 and became its chief financial officer in 1990, when he also became part of the company's management committee. He was appointed senior vice president in 1993, executive vice president in January 1994, president and chief operating officer in May 1994 and served as chairman and chief executive officer from 1999 to 2002. He has been president and chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips since 2002 and also became chairman in 2004. Mr. Mulva served as the chairman of the American Petroleum Institute in 2006 and is a member of the board of visitors for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and The Business Council.
