On April 11, 2007, Limited Brands, Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Stuart Burgdoerfer, previously Executive Vice President, Finance, as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective April 9, 2007. Mr. Burgdoerfer served in several roles of increasing responsibility at Limited Brands from 1998 to 2004, including VP of financial planning, CFO for the White Barn Candle Company, SVP of Finance and corporate controller. He was SVP of Finance at The Home Depot from 2004 until his return to Limited Brands in November, 2006. Prior to joining Limited Brands in 1998, Stuart worked as a CPA with Deloitte and Touche, a management consultant with CSC-Index, and in strategic and financial planning roles at PepsiCo/Yum Brands.

In addition, Mr. Redgrave has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since September 2, 2006. Mr. Redgrave was our Chief Financial Officer from September 2006 to April 2007. Prior to joining Limited Brands, Mr. Redgrave served as EVP and CFO for Carlson Companies, Inc. for eleven years. He also spent fourteen years in positions of increasing responsibility at Pepsico, Inc., including serving as SVP and CFO for both Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell. Mr. Redgrave received an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University, an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Tessler has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of International Financial Group, Inc., an international merchant banking firm, since 1987. He has been Chairman of the Board of Epoch Investment Partners, Inc., formerly J Net Enterprises, since 2004. He was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of J Net Enterprises from 2000 to 2004. He was Co-Chairman of the Board of Data Broadcasting Corporation (now named Interactive Data Corporation, a member of the Pearson PLC group of companies), a provider of financial and business information to institutional and individual investors, from June 1992 until May 2000 and Co-Chief Executive Officer of that company from June 1992 until November 1999. Mr. Tessler was Chairman of the Board of InterWorld Corporation from 2001 to 2004. Since January 1997, Mr. Tessler has also served as Chairman of Checker Holdings Corp. IV.
