The company's network of online career services is led by Monster, a leading job search Web site operating in local markets across the world. Most of Monster's revenue comes from employers, ranging from FORTUNE 100 companies to small and midsized businesses, who pay to post job listings and to search the site's database of resumes. Job seekers can post resumes and search listings free of charge.
