Dr. Ralph Z. Sorenson, 74, has served as a director of the Company since December 1994. Dr. Sorenson is Managing Partner of the Sorenson Limited Partnership, a venture investment partnership. Dr. Sorenson is President Emeritus of Babson College (1974-1981) and Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the University of Colorado College of Business Administration (1992-present) and former Chairman and CEO of Barry Wright Corporation, a NYSE company (1981-1989). Dr. John B. Elstrott, 59, has served as a director of the Company since February 1995. Dr. Elstrott is a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship and the founding director of the Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship at Tulane University's Freeman School of Business, which was started in 1991. He has been on the faculty at Tulane since 1982.
