The Board of Directors of the Company appointed Jerry Yang, age 38, to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Yang will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective June 18, 2007. Mr. Yang co-created the Yahoo! Internet navigational guide in April 1994 with David Filo. Mr. Yang co-founded the Company with Mr. Filo and has served as a Director and an executive officer of the Company since April 1995. As Chief Yahoo of the Company, Mr. Yang's focus over the years has included corporate strategy, technology vision, strategic business partnerships and international joint ventures, and recruiting key talent. In addition to serving on the Company's Board of Directors, Mr. Yang also currently serves on the boards of Yahoo! Japan, Cisco Systems, Inc. and Alibaba.com Corporation, and is a member of the Stanford University Board of Trustees. Mr. Yang holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University and is currently on a leave of absence from Stanford's electrical engineering Ph.D. program.

Effective as of May 14, 2007, the appointment of Blake Jorgensen, age 47, to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Jorgensen will commence employment with the Company on or about June 4, 2007.From January 2002 until joining the Company, Mr. Jorgensen was Co-Director of Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners, an investment bank specializing in the growth sectors of the economy, which he co-founded. From January 2002 until March 2007, Mr. Jorgensen also served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Thomas Weisel Partners. In those capacities, he participated in the management of the administrative, finance, legal, accounting, regulatory and human resource functions of the bank. From October 1998 to January 2002, Mr. Jorgensen served as a Partner and Director of Private Placements at Thomas Weisel Partners. From December 1996 to September 1998, Mr. Jorgensen was a Managing Director and Principal at the Corporate Finance Department of Montgomery Securities. Previously, Mr. Jorgensen worked as a management consultant at MAC Group/Gemini Consulting and Marakon Associates. Mr. Jorgensen received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1988 and an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University in 1982.

Susan L. Decker, age 44, to serve as President of the Company. Ms. Decker will assume the role of President of the Company effective June 18, 2007. Mr. Joshi was elected Executive Vice President of the Imaging and Printing Group at Hewlett-Packard Company in 2002 after serving as Vice President since January 2001. Mr. Hippeau has served as a member of the board of directors since January 1996. Mr. Hippeau has been a Managing Partner of SOFTBANK Capital, a technology oriented venture capital firm, since 2000. Before joining SOFTBANK Capital, from 1993 to 2000, Mr. Hippeau served as Chairman and CEO of Ziff-Davis, Inc., an integrated media and marketing services company serving the technology community. Mr. Hippeau joined Ziff-Davis, Inc. in 1989 as Publisher of PC Magazine and held several senior executive positions before becoming Chairman and CEO. On July 26, 2007, the Board of Directors of Yahoo! Inc. appointed Mary Agnes Wilderotter to serve as a director of Yahoo!. Previously Wilderotter served as senior vice president of the worldwide public sector division at Microsoft Corporation, where she was responsible for strengthening customer and partner outreach in the government and education markets, as well as working across Microsoft's business divisions to develop and coordinate forward-looking strategies. Prior to Microsoft, Wilderotter was president and chief executive officer of Wink Communications Inc., executive vice president of national operations for AT&T Wireless Services Inc. and chief executive officer of AT&T's Aviation Communications Division. She also served as senior vice president of McCaw Cellular Communications Inc. and was a regional president managing the company's California, Nevada, and Hawaii region. Wilderotter has received national recognition for her contributions to the communications industry. The Board of Directors of the Company unanimously elected Roy Bostock to serve as non-executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Bostock has been a member of the company's Board of Directors since May 2003. He has extensive advertising and marketing experience, having spent more than 38 years in a variety of senior level positions in that industry. Bostock served as Chairman of BCom3 Group, Inc., a global advertising agency group, from January 2000 to mid-2001. From July 1990 to January 2000, Bostock served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and its successor company, The MacManus Group, Inc., an advertising and marketing services firm. Bostock is Chairman of the Partnership for a Drug-Free America; he also serves on the board of Morgan Stanley and is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Northwest Airlines Corporation.
