The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in bonds and other debt securities. The fund currently does not invest more than 15% of its assets in debt securities rated Ba and BB or below or in debt securities that are unrated but determined to be of equivalent quality.

Mr. Barclay holds an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA in economics from Brown University.
