Ralph R. Layman

Layman, an industry veteran with 30 years of experience, is responsible for managing GE Asset Management International Equity operations. He is a trustee for the U.S. GE Pension Trust and a member of GEAM’s Asset Allocation Committee, which he chaired in 2003 and 2004. He also serves on the boards of the Elfun Funds, GE’s Savings & Securities Trusts and GEAM’s London office. He joined GE in 1991 to develop GEAM’s International Equity philosophy and approach.
Diane M. Wehner

Wehner is a vice president of GE Asset Management. Before joining GE Asset Management, Wehner was a vice president and senior portfolio manager from January 1997 to June 2001, and associate portfolio manager from May 1995 to January 1997, with Benefit Capital Management Corporation. Wehner has served as an analyst/portfolio manager in the investment management industry since 1985.

Colonna is a senior vice president of GE Asset Management. Prior to joining GE Asset Management in February 2000, Colonna was a senior portfolio manager with the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, overseeing the Mortgage Investment Group.
Tom Lincoln

Tom is a PM for the U.S. Equities team, and will oversee a large cap growth portfolio launching in 2004. Prior to assuming this portfolio manager role, Tom was a member of our research team as an equity analyst covering the retail and auto-related industries. As a research analyst, his responsibilities included management of a research portfolio focused on these industries, co-management of the concentrated research product, and providing advice to the domestic equity portfolio managers.
Judith A. Studer

Studer is a director and senior vice president of GE Asset Management. She has served as a portfolio manager of the Elfun International Equity Fund since May 1995 and has lead the team of portfolio managers for Elfun Diversified Fund since July 2004.Studer joined GE Asset Management in August 1984. She became senior vice president -- International Equities in 1995 and senior vice president -- Domestic Equities in 1991.
