The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in domestic and foreign corporate high yield debt securities, including zero coupon, payment in-kind and convertible bonds. It normally will not invest more than 10% of net assets either in securities rated in the category of "CCC" or lower or non-rated securities the fund's investment adviser believes are of comparable quality. The fund may invest up to 10% of net assets in emerging market countries and up to 5% in any one type of these securities.
