The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing in a concentrated portfolio of equity securities (primarily common stocks) that the Adviser believes are undervalued by the market. It normally invests at least 80% of net assets (plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in equity securities. The fund invests primarily in U.S. common stocks but may, to a lesser extent, invest in foreign stocks in developed countries. It is nondiversified.
