The investment seeks to provide a high level of current income.
The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in senior secured floating rate loans made by banks and other financial institutions and in senior secured floating rate debt securities. It may invest up to 20% of assets in certain other types of debt obligations or securities and invest all or substantially all of its assets in floating rate loans or floating rate debt securities that are determined to be below investment grade quality. The fund may invest up to 100% of its assets in floating rate loans and floating rate debt securities of non-U.S. borrowers or issuers. It is nondiversified.
