The investment seeks maximum long-term capital growth.
The fund uses a bottom-up investment process to construct a diversified portfolio of growth companies across a broad capitalization range. It primarily invests in common stocks and other equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies. The fund invests in U.S. companies with market capitalizations of at least $3 billion at the time of initial purchase and there is no restriction on the size of the non-U.S. companies in which the Fund may invest. The maximum investment in any single industry is 25% of net assets.
