The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equities of issuers located in countries with developing capital markets. It typically invests at least 40% of assets in companies (i) organized or located outside the U.S., (ii) whose primary trading market is located outside the U.S. or (iii) doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S. The fund is focused on investments on issuers in countries constituting the MSCI Emerging Markets IndexSM. It is nondiversified.
