The investment seeks to provide investment results that replicate the total return of the Morgan Stanley Capital International EAFE index.
The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in a statistically selected sample of equity securities included in the EAFE index and in derivative instruments linked to the EAFE index. It typically invests in all of the countries represented in the EAFE index. The index is comprised of equities of large-capitalization companies from various industrial sectors whose primary trading markets are located outside the United States. The fund is nondiversified.
