The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in stocks of companies with a market capitalization in the range of the companies in Russell Midcap index at the time of purchase (between $7 million and $13 billion as of June 30, 2009). It invests primarily in common stocks of companies that the Advisor believes have the potential for long-term, above-average earnings growth. The fund also may invest up to 20% of net assets in equity securities of companies that have market capitalizations outside the range of the Russell Midcap Index.
