The investment seeks total return.
The fund invests in commodity-linked derivative instruments backed by a portfolio of fixed-income securities. It may also gain exposure to commodity markets by investing up to 25% of total assets in the Subsidiary. The fund will not invest 25% or more of total assets in instruments issued by companies in any one industry. However, 25% or more of total assets may be indirectly exposed to industries in the three commodity sectors (currently, the energy, metal, and agricultural sectors) of the DJ-AIG Index. It is nondiversified.
