The investment seeks to match the performance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia, Far East (Free) index (EAFE).
The fund generally invests in all stocks in the MSCI EAFE index. The investments are selected to match the benchmark composition along individual name, country, and industry weighting, and other benchmark characteristics. It normally maintains approximately the same weighting for each stock as the index does. The fund attempts to have a correlation between its performance and that of the index of at least 0.95, before expenses.
