The investment seeks to capture the majority of the returns associated with equity market investments.
The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of common stocks. It sells index call options on the S&P 500 index and other stock indexes, and, when appropriate, enters into closing purchase transactions with respect to such options. The fund also buys index put options that can protect the fund from a significant market decline over a short period of time.
