Under normal market conditions, the fund invests primarily in equity securities of issuers listed on the Standard & Poor's 100 index. The S&P 100 Index, a subset of the S&P 500? Index, is a capitalization-weighted index based on 100 highly capitalized stocks for which options are listed. It may also invest in derivatives, including, but not limited to, futures. The fund may lend portfolio securities on a short-term or long-term basis, up to 33 1/3% of total assets.
