The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in a portfolio of fixed-income securities. The manager allocates investments among investment-grade global securities, mortgage-backed securities and U.S. government securities, high-yield securities and emerging-market securities. It may invest up to 65% of assets in any one asset class or market segment. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in public bank loans made by banks or other financial institutions.
