The fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in common and preferred stocks of issuers that are either domiciled or have their primary operations in at least five different countries outside the United States. It does not limit its investments to issuers within a specific market capitalization range. The fund can invest in emerging markets as well as developed markets throughout the world. It can invest 100% of assets in foreign securities.
