The fund primarily invests in common stocks of small-capitalization companies. It normally invests at least 80% of assets in companies with market capitalizations similar to those of companies in the Russell 2000 Growth index. The equity investment philosophy of PGI, the Sub-advisor, is based on the belief that superior stock selection and disciplined risk management provide consistent out-performance. It may invest up to 25% of assets in foreign securities.
