The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities issued by companies included in the EAFE index. It typically invests in a representative sample of approximately 300 stocks from among those listed on the index. In addition to direct investment in foreign stocks, the fund may purchase American depositary receipts and European depositary receipts.
