The fund invests primarily 60% to 70% of assets in various equity securities diversified in style, market capitalization, and geographic location. It invests 30% to 40% of assets in fixed-income securities varying in rate, duration and quality of credit exposure. The fund also invests less than 5% of assets in cash investment. While the investment is nondiversified, it invests in diversified underlying holdings.
