The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in securities of "China companies". It may invest up to 20% of total assets in securities that do not qualify as China company securities, but whose issuers, in the judgment of the manager, are expected to benefit from development in the economy of China. The fund may also invest up to 20% of total assets in debt obligations of China companies, which may be lower-rated or unrated, when consistent with the Fund's investment goal. It is nondiversified.
